Gulls' Way is a self-catering holiday cottage at 13 Main Street, Keurboomstrand 6600, Western Cape, South Africa. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what your rights are.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through this website, we collect the information you choose to give us - typically your name, email address, phone number, travel dates and party size. This information is submitted voluntarily by you via the enquiry form.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your accommodation enquiry, check availability, and arrange a booking if you go ahead. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Where it goes
Enquiry details are stored in a private Google Sheet and emailed to the property owners so they can respond to you. We do not sell, rent or share your information with any third party.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from the date of your enquiry, after which they are deleted.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use this site. This only runs once you have given consent via the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Your rights under POPIA
This site is operated from South Africa in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
- Request deletion of your personal information
